    • Blue Dart

    • Amazon Shipping

    • Ekart Logistics

    • DTDC

    • And other regional courier services as needed

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

 

⏱️ Order Processing & Dispatch Time

All products at Zodesk are made-to-order. After you place your order:

    • Production Time: 1–3 business days

    • Once your item is ready, it is securely packed and handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

 

📦 Estimated Delivery Time

    • Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch

    • Tier 2/3 Cities & Rural Areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch

    • Remote Locations: May take slightly longer depending on service availability

    • Courier partner delays or operational issues

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

We will always do our best to assist you in tracking your shipment or resolving courier issues, but once the order is handed over to the shipping provider, final delivery is out of our control.

Zodesk takes great care in packaging every item securely. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged:
